Wellington Police notes: Tuesday, September 20, 2016:

•1:10 a.m. Michael J. Terry, 22, Wellington was arrested, charged and bonded with domestic battery, criminal damage to property and interference with law enforcement officers.

•7:39 a.m. Vanessa J. Shawn, 27, Wellington was issued a notice to appear charged with speeding 28 mph in a 20 mph in a school zone.

•7:50 a.m. Officers took a report of suspicious activity in the 600 block E. Harvey, Wellington.

•12:50 p.m. Officers investigated criminal damage to a door in the 1000 block of E. 16th.

•12:50 p.m. Officers investigated domestic battery in the 1000 block of E. 16th.

•1:09 p.m. Scott  D. Lachapelle,33, Mayville, N.D. was arrested and confined charged with domestic battery.

•1:58 p.m. Officers investigated criminal trespass in the 800 block of N. Woodlawn.

•2:08 p.m. Jeremy W. E. Corter, 29, Wellington was arrested and confined charged with criminal trespass.

•2:21 p.m.  Officers investigated criminal damage to personal property/doors/air conditioner in the 800 block of N. Woodlawn.

•10:27 p.m. Susan D. Cook, 46, Wellington was issued a notice to appear charged with fail to signal and seatbelt violation- no child seat.
