•8:14 a.m. Michael W. Drouhard, 64, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for speeding 30 mph in a 20 mph school zone.

•9:36 a.m. Officers took a miscelleanous report in the 1800 block E. 16th, Wellington.

•10:40 a.m. Nancy G. Zogleman, 58, Caldwell, was issued a notice to appear for speeding 33 mph in a 20 mph zone.

•11:13 a.m. Officers took a report of a mental subject in the 1600 block Readus, Wellington.

•11:30 a.m. Officers took a report of suspicious activity in the Wellington.

•11:31 a.m. Officers took a report of suspicious activity in the Wellington.

•2:32 p.m. Officers took a report of suspicious activity in the 200 block N. C, Wellington.

•2:39 p.m. Officers investigated a theft of a bicycle in the 800 block N. Olive, Wellington.

•3:17 p.m. Non-Injury accident in the 1100 block N. A, Wellington involving a vehicle operated by Jacob P. Friesen, 28, Seminole, Texas and  Amanda M. Ternes, 27, Wellington.

•5:14 p.m. Jennifer L. Smith, 20, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for drivers’ license     not in possession and illegal registration/expired.

•9:03 p.m. Officers investigated a theft of cell phone in the 1300 block E. Michigan, Wellington.
