•3:45 a.m. Non-Injury, private property accident in the 200 block N. C, Wellington involving a vehicle operated by Dustin M. Helms, 31, Wellington and a fixed object/garage door owned by the city of Wellington.

•9:48 a.m. Officers investigated a theft of drills by a known suspect in the 200 block S. Washington, Wellington.

•On April 15, 2014 at 10:30 a.m., officers by a known owner took a report of an animal at large in the 1200 block Highland Court, Wellington.

•12:50 p.m. Non-Injury accident in the 1200 block E. 4th, Wellington involving a vehicle operated by John F. Bush, 78, Wellington and a parked and unoccupied vehicle owned by Debra J. Pauly, Viola, Ks.

•4:56 p.m. Officers took a report of suspicious activity in the 800 block E. Harvey, Wellington.

•8:12 p.m. Officers took a report of animal from a known owner at large in the 1700 block N. A, Wellington.

•8:57 p.m. John J. Noyes, 37, Wellington was arrested and confined on a Sumner County warrant for charges of disorderly conduct, criminal threat and battery.
