•5:50 a.m. Lance C. Bacon, 33, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for Speeding 46 mph in a 30 mph zone.

•11:23 a.m. Officers investigated domestic battery in the 700 block S. H, Wellington.

•11:40 a.m. Kiley C. Clift, 18, Wellington was arrested, charged and bonded with domestic battery.

•2:20 p.m. Officers investigated making false information in the 1000 block E. 16th, Wellington.

•4:04 p.m. Officers took a report of found Social Security card in the 300 block N. C, Wellington.

•5:51 p.m. Officers took a report of a suicide threat in the 1500 block N. Park, Wellington by known subject.
