•1:04 p.m. Officers investigated a theft of a notebook by an unknown suspect(s) in the 2000 block E. 16th, Wellington.

•2:20 p.m. Paul J. Carr, 54, Wellington was issued a notice to appear charged with disobeying a stop sign.

•3:38 p.m. Robert R. Simmons, 75, Bakersfield, Calif. was issued a notice to appear charged with speeding 67 mph in a 45 mph zone.

•4:30 p.m. Officers took a report of found cell phone in the 1400 block N. Poplar, Wellington.

•5:13 p.m. Officers took a report of a juvenile problem in the 1100 block W. 4th, Wellington.
