•3:10 a.m. Officers investigated a burglary and criminal damage to property in the 1100 block W. 4th, Wellington by known suspect. Items were recovered.

•4:38 a.m. Officers investigated a domestic battery and theft in the 1000 block N. F, Wellington.

•5:10 a.m. Bruce C. Pennington, 39, Wellington was arrested, charged and confined with domestic battery and theft.

•6:04 a.m. Dylan L. Hornecker, 30, Wellington was arrested and charged with burglary and criminal damage to property.

•8:06 a.m. Raymond J. Anguiano, 28, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for seatbelt violation.

•8:31 a.m. Matthew E. Hartman, 36, Harper, was issued a notice to appear for seatbelt violation.

•10 a.m. Yu Wen Ku, 34, Arlington, Texas was issued a notice to appear for Speeding 56 mph in a 40 mph zone.

•10:20 a.m. Connie Wyckoff, 61, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for illegal registration.

•1:04 p.m. Keith R. Townsend, 50, Wichita, was issued a notice to appear for speeding 55 mph in a 40 mph zone.

•1:39 p.m. Officers took a report of a domestic disturbance by known subject(s) in the 300 block E. 17th, Wellington.

•3:03 p.m. Jessie D. French, 28, Wellington was arrested on two city of Wellington bench warrants for failure to appear.
