•3:05 p.m. Lyphus Watkins Jr., 84, Wichita, was issued a notice to appear for speeding 52 mph in a 40 mph zone.

•4:24 p.m. Edwood B. Osborne, 20, Wellington was arrested and confined on a Harvey County warrant for failure to appear and a Lyons County warrant for failure to appear.

•4:14 p.m. Officers took a report of found cell phone in the 1400 block E. Harvey, Wellington.
