•1:29 p.m. Bobby E. Cink, 77, Caldwell, was issued a notice to appear for illegal registration/expired.

•2:01 p.m. Officers investigated theft and battery by known suspect in the 2000 block E. 16th, Wellington.

•5:16 p.m. Officers investigated a forgery in the 200 block N. C, Wellington by known suspect.

•11:42 p.m. Officers investigated domestic battery and criminal restraint in the 800 block N. Woodlawn, Wellington by known suspect(s).

•10:27 a.m. Benjamin M. Peters,  25, Anthony, was arrested, charged and confined with theft and battery.

•6:58 a.m. Officers took a report of found identification and cell phone by known owner in the 200 block E. 4th, Wellington.

•4:26 p.m. Officers investigated driving while under the influence of alcohol, driving while suspended and illegal registration.

•5:29 p.m. Wilson D. Ellis, 51, Wellington was arrested, charged and confined with driving while under the influence of alcohol, driving while suspended and illegal registration.

•6 p.m. Non-Injury, hit and run accident in the 300 block N. G, Wellington, involving an unknown vehicle and a fixed object/street sign owned by the city of Wellington.
