•7:45 a.m. Robin Hamilton, 53, Wellington, was issued a notice to appear and charged with disobeying a stop sign.

•8 a.m. Officers took a report of a child in need of care in the 900 block N. Plum, Wellington.

•12:18 p.m. Officers conducted a courtesy motor vehicle accident report in the 2000 block E. 16th, Wellington involving vehicles operated by Deanna S. Morrison, 34, Wellington and Shannon L. Wilson, 38, Wellington.

•2:05 p.m. Non-Injury, hit and run accident in the 400 block N. B, Wellington involving an unknown vehicle and a parked and unoccupied vehicle owned by Charles F. King, Wellington.

•2:20 p.m. Officers took a report of a dog at large in the 700 block E. 9th, Wellington by known owner.

•7:19 p.m. Officers took a report of suspicious activity in the 900 block S. Washington, Wellington.

•2:50 p.m. Cancilla R. Triplett, 40, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for passing within 100 feet of an intersection on the left and fail to report an accident.

•11:06 a.m. Officers investigated a theft of a yard ornament by an unknown suspect in the 100 block W. 10th, Wellington.

•11:30 a.m. Non-injury, hit and run accident in the 1500 block W. Western, Wellington involving an unknown vehicle and a fixed object/gas meter owned by Kansas Gas Service.

•8:16 a.m. Officers investigated a theft and criminal damage to property in the 2000 block E. 16th, Wellington. Items were recovered.

•8:16 p.m. Officers investigated probation violation in the 2000 block. E. 16th, Wellington.

•8:36 p.m. Lars L. Bergman, 30, South Haven, was arrested, charged and bonded with theft.
