•1:00 p.m. Officers took a report of suspicious activity in the 500 block S. Drury Road, Wellington.

•1:21 p.m. Officers investigated forgery and theft by a known suspect in the area of 5 Sunset, Wellington.

•On Tuesday, November 26, at 3:31 p.m. Robert J. Norwock, 48, Pierre’ S.D. was issued a notice to appear charged with speeding 57 mph in a 45 mph zone, (radar) and passing in a no passing zone.

•8:22 p.m. Officers investigated harassment by telephone by a known subject in the 2000 block Madison, Wellington.

•1:46 p.m. Officers investigated a battery and criminal damage to property by a known suspect in the 700 block N. B, Wellington.

•9:30 p.m. Jarrod S. Miller, 32, Carthage, Mo. was arrested and confined on a Sumner County bench warrant for failure to appear and possession of  methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, interference with law enforcement officers.

•7:29 a.m. Officers investigated criminal damage to a window in the 500 block E. Harvey, Wellington.

•4:42 p.m. Officers investigated a theft of gasoline in the 1400 block E. 16th, Wellington.

•9:31 p.m. Fredrick C. Stringfield, 59, Wellington was arrested, charged and bonded with assault.

•3:04 a.m. Philip W. Parnell, 54, Mulvane, was issued a notice to appear charged with apeeding 69 mph in a 55 mph zone.

•3:04 p.m. Officers investigated disorderly conduct by a known subject(s) in the 600 block E. Lincoln, Wellington.

•10:18 p.m. Officers investigated possession of depressants, possession drug paraphernalia, contributing to a child’s misconduct, minor in possession of tobacco and defective tail light in the 800 block E. Harvey, Wellington by a known suspect.

•2:48 a.m. Officers investigated a domestic battery by known suspect(s) in the 200 block E. South, Wellington.

•9:14 a.m. Officers investigated a theft of currency in the 1400 block W. 8th, Wellington.

•11:56 a.m. James A. Williams Jr., 18, Wellington was arrested and charged and confined with criminal damage to property/domestic.

•3:07 p.m. Matthew T. Kibler, 25, Wellington was arrested, charged and confined with possession of depressant and possession of drug paraphernalia.

•6:35 p.m. Officers investigated a theft of a license plate decal in the 100 block W. Botkin, Wellington.

•9:24 p.m. Roy E. Cox, 57, Wellington was issued a notice to appear charged with no proof of insurance and disobeyed stop sign.

•10:11 p.m. Edwood B. Osborne, 18, Wellington was arrested, charged and confined with criminal use of a weapon and operating a motor vehicle with no valid drivers’ license.
