Wellington Police notes: Wednesday, November 4, 2015

•8:30 a.m. Clifford L. Barney, 47, Wellington was issued a notice to appear charged with two dogs at large.

•11:55 a.m. Nicole R. Payne, 34, Wellington was issued a notice to appear charged with illegal registration and no proof of insurance.

•2 p.m. David J. Short, 56, Tuttle, Okla. was issued a notice to appear charged with speeding 60  mph in a 45 mph zone.

•3:56 p.m. Officers took a report of children in need of care in the 1300 block Michigan, Wellington.

•8:41 p.m. Officers investigated driving while license is suspended, no proof of insurance, failure to give proper signal and defective headlamps.

•Monterey M. Salka, 26, Nashville, Tenn. was arrested, charged and confined with driving while license is suspended, no proof of insurance, failure to give proper signal and defective headlamps.
