•5:45 p.m. Michael A. Black, 40, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for defective headlight.

•6:36 p.m. Jason M. Hart, 21, Caldwell, was issued a notice to appear for defective headlight.

•6:39 p.m. Officers took a report of suspicious activity in the 600 block S. Jefferson, Wellington.
