•8:59 a.m. Officers made a miscellaneous report in the 300 block S. West Road, Wellington.

•11:09 a.m. Lisa R. Moore, 50, Wellington was issued a notice to appear charged with

speeding 33 mph in a 20 mph zone.

•11:21 a.m. Becky L. Sellers, 61, Emporia, was issued a notice to appear for disobeying a stop sign.

•12:32 p.m. Officers made a miscellaneous report in the 900 block W. 7th, Wellington. •3:55 p.m. Officers investigated operating a motor vehicle without insurance in the 100 block N. Washington, Wellington.

•4:14 p.m. Steven C. Snyder, 42, South Haven, was arrested, charged and bonded with operating a motor vehicle without Insurance.
