•8:29 a.m. Officers investigated a theft of cigarettes in the 2000 block E. 16th, Wellington.

•Mallory McIntire, 31, Wellington was served a summons to appear for three counts of criminal trespass and disorderly conduct.

•11:42 p.m. Injury accident in the 800 block E. 16th, Wellington involving a vehicle operated by Alan D. Rowan Jr., 65, Wellington.

•1:20 p.m. Officers assisted an outside agency in the 200 block S. B, Wellington.

•2 p.m. Jeffrey T. Blackburn, 39, San Jacinto, Texas was arrested, charged and confined with interference with law enforcement officers, battery on law enforcement officers, possession of depressant and possession of stimulant.

•2:01 p.m. Jeffrey T. Blackburn, 39, San Jacinto, Texas was arrested on a county of Liberty, Texas warrant for unauthorized use of a vehicle.

•2:29 p.m. Officers took a report of lost tag in the 200 block N. C, Wellington.

•2:53 p.m. Officers took a report of a civil matter in the 400 block S. G, Wellington.

•3:22 p.m. Officers took a report of suspicious activity in the 600 block N. A, Wellington.

•5:14 p.m. Officers took a report of a child in need of care in the 400 block S. G, Wellington.

•9:12 p.m. Officers investigated traffic contraband in a correctional facility in the 600 block E. Hillside, Wellington by known suspect.
