•10:27 a.m. Officers conducted a welfare check in the 1200 block N. Park, Wellington.

•11:10 a.m. Courtney M. Lipton, 31, Wellington was arrested and charged with domestic battery.

•2:17 p.m. Officers investigated a theft in the 1000 block N. Vandenburgh, Wellington.

•3:20 p.m. Jaime R. Perez, 20, Texas, was issued a notice to appear for speeding 55 mph in a 45 mph zone and no valid drivers license.

•Case not needed.

•5 p.m. Non-Injury accident involving a vehicle driven by Derick T. McClure, 19, Wellington, and a vehicle owned by Jaynene T. Bixby, 40, Wellington.

•7:35 p.m. Paul R. Jacobs II, 26, Wellington, was arrested and charged with criminal threat, domestic battery, and criminal damage to property.

•12:10 p.m. Dylan R. Logan-Easter, 24, Wellington, was arrested on a Wellington Warrant for failure to appear.

•12:30 p.m. Officers investigated a theft in the 200 block W. Harvey St, Wellington.

•3:30 p.m. Katherine R. Rood, 60, Wellington, was issued a notice to appear for criminal trespass and theft.
