•8:57 a.m. Officers investigated an Animal Complaint in the 700 block W. 8th St, Wellington.

•9:32 a.m. Non-Injury Accident involving vehicles driven by Richard J. Ricke, 73, Wellington, and a juvenile female, 17, Wellington.

•9:32 a.m. Officers took a Lost or Stolen Tag Report in Wellington.

•10:10 a.m. Richard J. Ricke, WM, 73, Wellington, was issued a Notice to Appear for Failing to Maintain Lane, No Valid Driver’s License, and No Proof of Insurance.

•12:05 p.m. Non-Injury Accident involving a vehicle driven by William A. Foster III, 62, Texas, and a Fixed Object.

•2:46 p.m. Officers took a Misc. Report in the 500 block S. F St, Wellington.

•4:41 p.m. Officers responded to an Animal Bite in the 900 block N. Woodlawn Ave, Wellington.

•6:20 a.m. Alexaiver T. Farley-Shamblin, 23, Belle Plaine, was issued a Notice to Appear for Transporting an Open Container.

•1:52 p.m. Chauncy R. Thomas Jr., 22, Wellington, was arrested and charged with Driving Under the Influence, Transporting an Open Container, Driving While Suspended, and Criminal Possession of a Firearm while Under the Influence.

• 6:47 p.m. Officers assisted an Outside Agency in the 200 block E. 30th St S., County.

•4 a.m. Taylor R. Briscoe, WM, 36, Wellington, was arrested and charged with burglary, criminal damage to property, possession of marijuana, and possession of paraphernalia.

•7 a.m. Officers investigated a burglary in the 200 block W. 15th St, Wellington..

•9:45 a.m. Officers investigated a Theft in the 800 block E. 16th St, Wellington.

•9:12 p.m. Officers investigated harassment in the 2000 block E. 16th St, Wellington.
