•9:30 a.m. Officers took a Miscellaneous Report in the 1600 block W. 8th St, Wellington.

•10:54 a.m. Officers investigated suspicious activity in the 200 block N. C St, Wellington.

•1:50 p.m. Officers conducted a welfare check in the 200 block W. Peach Tree Lane, Wellington.

•3:17 p.m. Officers investigated a battery in the 1700 block E. 16th St,, Wellington.

•3:28 p.m. Danny E. Best, 45, Wellington, was arrested on a Sumner County Warrant.

•4:50 p.m. Officers responded to a trespass in the 900 block W. 8th St, Wellington.

•8:49 p.m. Denise D. Guerrero, 51, Derby, was issued a Notice to Appear for speeding 41 mph in a 30 mph zone.

•9:11 p.m. Jamel M. Lafontaine, 20, Winfield, was issued a Notice to Appear for expired registration.

•11:23 p.m. Mahendra K. Sandireddy, 24, Texas, was issued a Notice to Appear for speeding 57 mph in a 40 mph zone.

•11:59 p.m. Tyler M. Leaf, 19, Wellington, was arrested and charged with defective taillamp and driving while suspended.
