•1:07 p.m. Officers investigated disorderly conduct in the 500 block N. Poplar, Wellington.

•2:19 p.m. Officers investigated domestic battery and theft in the 800 block W. Harvey, Wellington.

•3:03 p.m. Joshua t. Ledesma, 31, Wellington was arrested, charged and bonded with domestic battery and theft.

•4 p.m. Non-Injury accident in the area of U.S. 81 and 8th, Wellington involving a vehicle operated by Joshua T. Quanz, 19, Wellington and a fixed object/sign owned by the city of Wellington.

•4:01 p.m. Joshua T. Quanz, 19, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for inattentive driving and illegal registration.

•4:09 p.m. Officers investigated criminal damage to miscellaneous tools and loan equipment and burglary in the 300 block s. C, Wellington.

•2:35 a.m. Jordan R. Smith, 26, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for Speeding 41 mph in 30 mph zone.

•10:57 a.m. Non-Injury accident in the area of 4th and G, Wellington involving vehicles operated by Caitlyn R. Francis, 21, Wellington and Vanessa K. Finney, 31, Wellington.

•11:54 a.m. Travis R. Cunningham, 34, Wellington was arrested and confined on a Sedgwick County warrant for two counts of possession of opiates and failure to stop upon entering a roadway.

•1:19 p.m. Officers investigated criminal threat of known suspect in the 400 block E. 4th, Wellington.

•5:05 p.m. Officers took a report of a barking dog in the 600 block E. Mill, Wellington.
