•9:30 a.m. Officers took a Miscellaneous Report in the 1000 block S. C St., Wellington.

•1:10 p.m. Officers investigated a hit and run in the 500 block E. 16th St., Wellington.

•1:20 p.m. Glena S. Spaid, 83, Wellington, was issued a Notice to Appear for failure to report an accident. (Ref case 25-111)

•5:47 p.m. Officers investigated suspicious activity in the 100 block E. Harvey Ave., Wellington.

•7:54 p.m. Maddox Z. Burns, 18, Wellington, was issued a Notice to Appear for Speeding, 51 mph in a 40 mph zone and Defective Tag Light.

•7:59 p.m. Adrian R. Wiseman, 25, Wellington, was issued a Notice to Appear for defective headlamps, expired registration, no proof of insurance, and no valid driver’s license.

•8:09 p.m. Terri L. Kunzler, 57, Wellington, was issued a Notice to Appear for Expired registration and no valid driver’s license.

•12:20 a.m. Wilmer A. Cantarero, 45, Perth, was issued a Notice to Appear for defective tag light and driving while suspended.

•10:54 a.m. Officers investigated a rheft in the 2000 block E. 16th St, Wellington.

•11:35 p.m. Travis E. Fox, 49, Wellington, was arrested and charged with DUI, Transporting an Open Container, Improper Turn, and Driving on Left Side of Roadway.

•4:17 p.m. Officers investigated a theft in the 1000 block W. 8th St., Wellington.

•9:20 p.m. Wendy Y. Urueta Suarez, 30, Wellington, was arrested and charged with criminal damage to property.
