•3:09 p.m. Officers assisted an Outside Agency in the 1500 block N. Olive St, Wellington.

•4:30 p.m. Officers took a Found Property Report in the 200 block N. C St, Wellington.

•10:33 p.m. Andreanna M. Briggs, 19, Wellington, was issued a Notice to Appear for Unlawful Use of Turn Signals, No License in Possession, and No Proof of Insurance.

•11:10 p.m. Rickey D. Lankford, 47, Wellington, was issued a Notice to Appear for Disobeyed Stop Sign.

•1:19 a.m. Juvenile male, 17, Wellington, was issued a Notice to Appear for speeding, 40 mph in a 25 mph zone and No Proof of Insurance.

•9:40 a.m. Non-Injury accident involving vehicles driven by Drake A. Martin, 39, Wellington, and Steven R. Brown, 65, Sumner County.

•10:04 a.m. Drake A. Martin, 39, Wellington, was issued a Notice to Appear for Failure to Yield Right of Way.

•7:40 p.m. Robert J. Kimzey, 31, Wellington, was issued a Notice to Appear for speeding, 41 mph in a 30 mph zone, Expired Registration, and No Proof of Insurance.

•9:40 p.m. Officers took a Misc. Report in the city of Wellington.

•10:48 p.m. Seth D. Brant, 29, Wellington, was arrested and charged with aggravated battery.

•3 p.m. Officers investigated a Theft in the 2000 block E. 12th St, Wellington.

•8 p.m. Maria D. Bryan, 29, Wamego, was issued a Notice to Appear for speeding, 40 mph in a 30 mph zone.

•10:50 p.m. Tyson S. Haines, 36, Wellington, was arrested and charged with Domestic Battery.
