•9:09 a.m. Non-Injury, hit and run accident in the 400 block S. C, Wellington involving a vehicle operated by Adam Z. Hilt, 21, Wellington and parked and unoccupied vehicles owned by Betty J. Gandy, Wellington and William L. Bush, Wellington.

•10:27 a.m. Adam Z. Hilt, 21, Derby, was issued a notice to appear for failure to report an accident, leaving the scene of an accident and driver’s license violation.

•6:27 p.m. A 15-year-old, was arrested on a Bourbon County warrant for aggravated robbery, burglary, and theft.

•1:55 a.m. Dustin O. Toothman, 31, Wellington, was arrested and charged with driving while a habitual violator, and driving wrong direction down a one-way road.

•10:09 a.m. Officers took a suspicious activity report in the 500 block E. 4th St, Wellington.

•3:10 p.m. Marcus G. Henning, 45, Kingman, was issued a notice to appear for disobeyed traffic signal.

•5:56 p.m. Marcus L. Robinson, 47, Wellington, was arrested on two Sedgwick County warrants.
