•4:04 p.m. Officers took a Miscellaneous Report in the 100 block W. 7th St., Wellington.

•7:46 p.m. Officers investigated a juvenile problem in the 100 block N. Washington Ave., Wellington.

•8:03 p.m. Joc R. Cox, 39, Wellington, was issued a Notice to Appear for defective headlamps and no valid driver’s license.

•8:14 p.m. Edward D. Prindle, 67, Wellington, was issued a Notice to Appear for a defective headlamp.
