•9:45 a.m. Knute L Dumas, 19, Stigler, Okla., was issued a notice to appear for speeding 63 mph in a 40 mph zone.

•10 a.m. Jose A. Pecina-Figuroa, 20, Shepherd, Texas was issued a notice to appear for speeding 67 mph in a 40 mph zone (radar), no proof of insurance and no valid driver’s license.

•9:57 a.m. Patricia I. Toothman, 44, Wellington was served a summons to appear for trespass by a dog and dog bite violation.

•10 a.m. Sheri K. Cole, 49, Wellington was served a summons to appear for dog bite violation.

•10:05 a.m. Kathleen M. Henry, 62, Wellington was served a summons to appear for dog at large, no Wellington registration and dog bite violation.
