•9:18 a.m. Officers took a criminal damage to property report in the N. Industrial Ave area, Wellington.

•9:59 a.m. Officers investigated suspicious activity in the 300 block E. 10th St., Wellington.

•11:20 a.m. Officers investigated a theft in the 400 block N. West Rd., Wellington.

•4:38 p.m. Single Vehicle accident involving a vehicle driven by Kaden D. Dolezal, 19, Wellington, and a fixed object.

•6:46 p.m. Officers assisted a citizen in the 500 block S. Blaine St, Wellington.

•8:49 p.m. Tayhlar N. Santana, 20, Manhattan, was issued a Notice to Appear for Improper Turn and Expired Registration.

•8:51 p.m. Steven B. Dickey, 26, Wellington, was issued a Notice to Appear for defective headlamps.

•9:29 p.m. Andrew S. Portenier, 22, Wellington, was issued a Notice to Appear for defective taillamp, No Valid Driver’s License, and Ignition Interlock Required.

•10:41 p.m. Gerson Galeas Velasquez, 19, OKC, was issued a Notice to Appear for No Valid Driver’s License and speeding 59 mph in a 40 mph zone.

•11:11 p.m. Juvenile male, 15, Texas, was issued a Notice to Appear for Expired Registration and speeding, 64 mph in a 40 mph zone.

•10:26 a.m. Officers responded to an unattended death in the 1000 block of W. Shady Lane Ct, Wellington.

•10:43 a.m. Officers investigated suspicious activity in the 200 block of E. Mill St, Wellington.

•12:30 p.m. Bryan J. Everhart, 45, Wellington, was arrested and charged with driving while suspended, interference with LEO, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Paraphernalia, No Insurance, Driving Under the Influence, Possession of a Firearm while Under Influence, Criminal Use of Weapons, Unlawful Use of Turn Signals, and Battery on LEO.

•12:38 p.m. Officers investigated a theft in the 600 block N. A St, Wellington.

•1:39 p.m. Officers investigated a Private Property accident in the 500 block E. 16th St, Wellington.

•3:04 p.m. Officers responded to a juvenile problem in the 1100 block W. 4th St., Wellington. 

•8:17 p.m. Aubree C.F. Day, 45, Oklahoma, was issued a Notice to Appear for speeding, 55 mph in a 45 mph zone.

•8:49 p.m. Raymond R. Baker II, 32, Wellington, was issued a Notice to Appear for defective headlamps.

•10:48 p.m. James E. King, 44, Neodesha, was arrested on 2 Sumner County Warrants and a Wilson County Warrant.
