•2:39 p.m. Officers investigated harassment in the 1200 block N. Jefferson Ave., Wellington.

•4:23 p.m. Officers assisted an outside agency in the 300 block E. 9th St., Wellington.

•7:29 p.m. Officers took a Miscellaneous Report in the 1000 block E. 16th St., Wellington.

•7:49 p.m. Officers responded to an unattended death in the 1300 block N. Stewart St., Wellington.

•9:33 p.m. Officers investigated a rrespass in the 2000 block E. 16th St., Wellington.

•11:16 p.m. Male, 15, county, was issued a Notice to Appear for speeding, 40 mph in a 30 mph zone and no proof of insurance.

•11:35 p.m. Sydney X. Velez, 22, Wellington, was issued a Notice to Appear for speeding, 40 mph in a 30 mph Construction Zone, and No Valid Insurance.

•12:59 a.m. Angela L. Wang, 49, Wellington, was issued a Notice to Appear for expired registration, improper turn, and no valid insurance.

•1:40 a.m. Officers took a criminal damage to property report in the 100 block W. Lincoln, Wellington.

•10:30 a.m. Officers responded to a disturbance in the 900 block N. Woodlawn St, Wellington.

•8:28 p.m. Ashley L. Brawley, 39, Mo., was issued a Notice to Appear for speeding, 42 mph in a 30 mph Construction Zone.
