Wellington splits triangular in Circle; loses to host, beats Winfield
Submitted to Sumner Newscow — The Wellington volleyball team split in a triangular held in Circle. The Wellington results were as follows:
Wellington lost to Circle in a three-game set. The Crusaders beat Circle 30-28 in the first match but lost the next two matches, 25-10, 25-15.
In the Winfield matchup, Wellington would sweep the Vikings, 25-12, 25-14. This was a big win since the Lady Dukes lost to the same team in the Winfield tournament last week.Â
The Crusaders are now 3-4 for the season.
