Wellington woman charged with aggravated battery and endangering a child in Saturday stabbing incident
Sumner Newscow report — Yoland Rochel, aka Yoland Dominguez, born in 1995, of Wellington has been charged for aggravated battery and aggravated endangering of a child, both felonies concerning a stabbing that allegedly occurred in Wellington Saturday morning.
Rochel is accused of obtaining a kitchen knife and stabbing repeatedly through the door, stabbing David Rochel Perez in the back.
According to the complaint filed by Sumner County Attorney Lary Marczynski this week, the victim had barricaded himself in a bedroom with his back against the door holding it closed when Rochel started stabbing through the door.
She is also accused of holding her daughter in her arms.
