Wellington’s Airalyn Frame is named Big Cheese Athlete of the Week

by Tracy McCue, Sumner Newscow — Airalyn Frame, a Wellington High School junior, has been named Big Cheese Athlete of the Week.
It was an exciting two games for Wellington and Frame was a key player in both contests. In a one-point buzzer-beating loss to Clearwater, Frame scored 15 points. She then followed that up on Tuesday being the lead scorer with 19 points in a 52-49 overtime victory over Winfield. Frame scored 9 critical points in the fourth quarter to get the Crusaders into extra frame.
For her effort, Frame is the recipient of a large Big Cheese Pizza at 324 N. Washington in Wellington.
