Today’s News

*Tickets to the all school play-“While the Lights were Out” are now available. Cost to purchase tickets in advance are $6 for Adults and $4 for Seniors and Students. Tickets at the door will be $8 for Adults and $6 for Seniors and Students. The play can be seen on Friday and Saturday at 7 p.m. and on Sunday at 2 p.m.

*Seniors: You can turn in pictures for the Graduation video until May 1. We will not accept any pictures after May 1 unless previous arrangements are made.

*Classic Movie Club will be showing the Rock opera “Jesus Christ Superstar” on Tuesday, March 24 at 3:15 in Room 205. Bring a friend and come see the movie!

*Senior Girls: Remember to turn in your completed PEO scholarship application by April 1 to Mrs. Yates.

*Please, do not put trash in the recycle bin- only Recyclables. People, real, live human people, perhaps you, or your friends, or one of us, have to handle every piece of “stuff” that goes into this can. If it is an apple core or has milk dumped on it or gum stuck to it, it’s really yucky to handle. It also makes it more time consuming. If possible, bottles that are empty with the lids off make the process so much easier.

*SENIORS: If you have not ordered your cap, gown stole and tassel, you need to do so as soon as possible to guarantee it will get here before graduation. If you are unsure if you have ordered them or if you would like the phone number for Jostens, please check with Mrs. Yates. Some of you may be using a borrowed cap and gown, but remember you still need the class stole and tassel.

*SENIORS: Please remember to apply for the $1,000 Kansas All Star Scholarship. The deadline is April 15, 2015.

*The Jostens Man will be here to deliver Senior Graduation orders on: Thursday, April 2 at 2:30 p.m.in the High School Commons. If you haven’t already sent in your balance due, don’t forget to bring it on delivery day.  No checks will be accepted.  Please bring cash or pay with credit card in advance.  Also, anyone who still needs to order their class ring can do so at this time.

*It’s time for the Project Prom T-Shirt Logo Contest! The contest is open to Juniors and Seniors. The winner will receive $50. Entries must be received by March 25. Stop by the office to pick up the contest rules.

*Crusaders of the Stage present the Grounds Table Coffee Shop open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:15-7:45 p.m. in the commons. All proceeds go to the Crusaders of the Stage trip to Nationals. Come early and get your coffee!
