•11:30 a.m. Officers assisted an Outside Agency in the City of Wellington.

•1:20 p.m. Officers investigated a Theft in the 800 block E. 16th St, Wellington.

•3:12 p.m. Officers investigated a Theft in the 800 block E. 16th St, Wellington.

•6:23 p.m. Patrick E. Soto, 22, Okla., was arrested and charged with DUI, Possession of Marijuana, Expired Tag, No Valid Driver’s License, No Proof of Insurance, Driving on Wrong Side of Road, Possession of Paraphernalia, and Improper Driving on Laned Roadway.

•7:53 p.m. Juvenile male, 17, OK, was issued a Notice to Appear for speeding, 61 mph in a 45 mph zone.

•9:51 p.m. Cassilyn R. Jaecks, 21, Texas, was issued a Notice to Appear for speeding, 50 mph in a 35 mph zone.
