Futures offers a supportive, highly collaborative, and fun work environment with 36 years of experience in early childhood education.

Two teaching positions are available. Each is eligible for a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

Head Start Teacher
Requirements:

· Associate degree OR
· Child Development Associate (CDA) AND working towards an early childhood degree to obtain a professional teaching license
· Experience teaching preschool-aged children.

Preferred requirements:

· A current professional Kansas teaching license in Early Childhood Unified (ECU) or Early Childhood Special Education OR working toward this requirement.
· Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or advanced degree program relating to early childhood education with the intent to obtain a professional teaching license with the Early Childhood Unified (ECU) endorsement.
· Experience teaching preschool-age children.

Pre-K/SPED Teacher
Requirements:

· Current Kansas teaching license in elementary education or early childhood education

Preferred requirements:

· Current teaching license with the Early Childhood Unified (ECU) or Early Childhood Special Education endorsement and experience teaching preschool-age children
