Equipment being moved in for Cowley College-Sumner Campus Technology and Innovation Center

Submitted to Sumner Newscow — With a ribbon cutting ceremony planned for August 9 at Cowley College’s new Sumner Campus Technology and Innovation Center, the college is staying busy moving in equipment in advance of the fall semester.

Tina Grillot, associate vice president for business and industry, said the Tect Aerospace Machining and Fabrication Laboratory recently moved in several CNC Lathes, FANUC industrial robots, Square Wave TIG Welders, and 4×4 CNC Plasma Cutting Tables.
