Wellington Humane Society Pet of the Week: Huckleberry the dog

Sumner Newscow report — Wellington Humane Society Pet of the Week is Huckleberry.

This handsome husky–shepherd mix is just over a year old and weighs about 70 pounds. Not only is he strikingly good-looking, but he’s also a total goofball with a big personality to match! Huckleberry loves to run, play, and show off his skills—especially if treats are involved. He’s a smart boy who already knows how to sit and is currently working on his leash manners.

Huckleberry thrives on attention and playtime and would love an active home where he can continue learning and having fun. With his loyalty, enthusiasm, and loving nature, he’d make a fantastic best friend to stick by your side through thick and thin. Do you need a Huckleberry in your life?
