•7:35 a.m. Officers investigated criminal damage to a mailbox in the 400 block Circle Drive, Wellington.

•8:05 a.m. Officers investigated traffic control devices in the 1100 block E. 16th, Wellington by known suspect.

•9:25 a.m. Officers took a report of an unattended death in the 1200 block S. B, Wellington.

•12:30 p.m. William G. Carter, 39, Argonia, was issued a notice to appear for seatbelt violation.

•12:45 p.m. Stephen C. Brown, 26, South Haven, was issued a notice to appear for seatbelt violation.

•2:40 p.m. Sheila M. King, 71, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for speeding 33 mph in 20 mph zone.

•3:41 p.m. Officers investigated a theft of currency in the 1600 block Western, Wellington.

•4:05 p.m. Nicole D. Stone, 25, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for dog at large.

•4:40 p.m. Officers took a report of a domestic disturbance in the 800 block S. H, Wellington by known subject(s).

•8:59 p.m. Kylee J. Chisholm, 23, Wellington was arrested and confined on a Cowley County Bench Warrant for probation violation.

•9:40 a.m. Jeffrey L. Hinerman, 52, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for no trailer lights.

•10:04 a.m. Officers investigated criminal damage to tires in the 900 block W. 7th, Wellington.

•12:11 p.m. Officers conducted a Courtesy Motor Vehicle Accident report in the 1200 block W. 8th, Wellington involving a vehicle operated by Terry W. Goans, 60, South Haven, and a parked and unoccupied vehicle owned by Matthew J. Peninger, Wellington.

•1:45 p.m. Warren E. Eicher, 78, Carson City, Mich. was issued a notice to appear for speeding 59 mph in a 45 mph zone.

•2:20 p.m. Officers took a report of suspicious activity in the 1200 block Highland Ct, Wellington.

•3:40 p.m. Marvin R. Kline, 73, Milan, was issued a notice to appear for improper     trailer lights.

•5:22 p.m. Dwaine F. Kingsley, 56, Conway Springs, was issued a notice to appear for speeding 54 mph in a 40 mph zone.

•5:29 p.m. Officers investigated disorderly conduct and interference with law enforcement officers in the 100 block W. Appleblossom Lane, Wellington.

•6:06 p.m. Clint E. Walker Jr, 26, Tulsa, Okla. was arrested, charged and bonded with disorderly conduct and interference with law enforcement officers.

•9:25 p.m. Injury accident in the 600 block E. U.S. 160, Wellington involving vehicles operated by juvenile female, 15, Wellington and Andrea J. Roundtree, 33, Wellington.

•10:24 p.m. Officers investigated criminal trespass in the 800 block N. Woodlawn, Wellington by known suspect.

•10:57 p.m. Juvenile female, 15, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for no valid drivers license and fail to yield right of way.
