•7:25 a.m. Mark A. Conrad, 52, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for seatbelt violation.

•6:35 a.m. Officers investigated criminal damage to a window in the 1300 block N. H, Wellington.

•12:59 p.m. Officers investigated a criminal damage to property by a known suspect in the 900 block E. 7th, Wellington.

•2:03 p.m. Jason W. Baker, 34, Wellington was arrested, charged and bonded with criminal damage to property.

•3:02 p.m. Officers conducted an assisted outside agency by a known suspect in the area of 21 N. US-I35, Wellington.
