•9:34 a.m. Non-Injury accident involving a juvenile male, 17,  Wellington, and Michelle L. Freihoff, 48, Wellington.

•10 a.m. Officers investigated a theft in the 2100 block N. H St., Wellington.

•11:35 a.m. Officers investigated minor in possession of tobacco in the 600 block N. A St.,  Wellington.

•11:52 a.m. Officers investigated cruelty to animals in the 2000 block E. 16th St,  Wellington.

•12:30 p.m. Officers investigated  minor in possession of tobacco in the 1200 block E. 16th St., Wellington.

•1:35 p.m. Officers responded to a juvenile problem in the 200 block N. B St.,  Wellington.

•2 p.m. Officers investigated possession of paraphernalia in the 1700 block E. 16th St.,  Wellington.

•3 p.m. Officers investigated suspicious activity in the 300 block E. Mill St.,  Wellington.

•3:45 p.m. Injury Accident involving vehicles driven by Darius J. Gotch, 25, La., and Ronnie L. Peterson, 56, Wichita.

•3:45 p.m. Ronnie L. Peterson, 56, Wichita, was issued a Notice to Appear for failure to yield right of way.

•4:18 p.m. Injury accident involving vehicles driven by Thelma D. Woods, 72,  Wellington, and Justin T. Gourley, 28,  Wellington.

•4:18 p.m. Thelma D. Woods, 72,  Wellington, was issued a Notice to Appear for failure to yield right of way.

•5:52 p.m. Imunique D. Terrell, 23, Texas, was issued a Notice to Appear for no insurance, possession of marijuana, and possession of paraphernalia.

•6 p.m. Officers investigated possession of marijuana in the 700 block S. Jefferson Ave,  Wellington.

•8:42 p.m. Officers investigated a theft in the 1100 block N. B St,  Wellington.

•9:01 p.m. Tyler M. Rusk, 37,  Wellington, was arrested and charged with domestic battery and battery.
