Wellington Police notes: Thursday, August 10, 2017:

•2:18 a.m. Officers investigated suspicious activity in the 1200 block of E. Lincoln.

•6:12 a.m. Ryan L., Mayo, 32, Caldwell,Ks was issued a notice to appear charged with disobeying a stop sign.

•8:50 a.m. Terence D. Yarborough, 41, Colorado was issued a notice to appear charged with speeding 59 mph in a 40 mph zone.

•10:13 a.m. Lucious H. Hutchinson, 63, Wellington was issued a notice to appear charged with defective brake lights.

•2:20 p.m. Officers took report of found property in the 900 block of E. Lincoln.

•2:48 p.m. Officers investigated an aggravated assault and criminal damage to property in the 400 block of W. Lincoln.

•2:40 p.m. Officers made an outside assist, warrant arrest in the 100 block of N. B.

•4:27 p.m. Bent Jake Harshfield, 27, Wellington was arrested and confined on  a Harvey County warrant.

•3:46 p.m. Officers investigated suspicious activity in the 1300 block of E 16th.

•4:50 p.m. Officers investigated criminal damage to a tire in the 700 block N C.

•5:44 p.m. Officers investigated a suicide threat.

•6 p.m. Officers made an outside agency warrant arrest in the 800 block of E. Lincoln.

•6:21 p.m.  Robert A. Harris, 43, Wellington was arrested and confined on five Sedgwick County warrants.

•6:11 p.m. Officers investigated possession of controlled substance and possession drug paraphernalia in the 600 block of Lincoln.

•6:05 p.m. Officers investigated possession of stimulant, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 800 block E Lincoln.

•8:26 p.m. Lindsey A. Garmon, 32, Wellington was arrested and confined charged with possession of stimulant, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

•8:25 p.m. Officers investigated child in need of care in the 800 block of E. Lincoln.
