•1:45 a.m. Non-Injury accident involving vehicles driven by Gytis Jancauskas, 29, Mich., Devyn R. Elkins, 21, Wellington.

•11:46 a.m. Gytis Jancauskas, 29, MI, was issued a notice to appear for inattentive driving.

•1:50 p.m. Officers responded to a juvenile problem in the 1000 block E. 16th St, Wellington.

•7:25 p.m. Joshua T. Blair, 30, Wellington, was arrested and charged with violating a protection order.

•9:30 p.m. Officers responded to a juvenile problem in the 600 block E. Lincoln Ave, Wellington.
