•1:33 p.m. Jose B. Magana, 36, Wellington, was issued a Notice to Appear for Turning Violation and no valid driver’s license.

•2 p.m. Officers investigated an aggravated battery in the 300 block S. Jefferson Ave., Wellington.

•8:27 p.m. Danny E. Best, 44, Wellington, was issued a Notice to Appear for speeding, 30 mph in a 20 mph zone, illegal registration, and no proof of insurance.

•9:41 p.m. Officers took a found property report in the 1900 block E. 16th St., Wellington.

•10:30 p.m. Officers investigated suspicious activity in the 800 block E. Lincoln Ave., Wellington.

•11:20 p.m. Tyler B. Nelson, 38, Mo., was issued a Notice to Appear for speeding, 55 mph in 40 mph zone.

•11:26 p.m. Jennifer L. Rains, 49, Wellington, was issued a Notice to Appear for dog at large, registration required, immunizations required.
