Friday, April 2

•8:04 a.m. Dalton J. Maxson, 25, Augusta, was issued a notice to appear for speeding 60 mph in a 35 mph zone.

•9:10 a.m. Jarrod J. Kline, 46, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for a disobeyed stop sign.

•10:27 a.m. Justin R. Goans, 28, Wellington was arrested on a Cowley County Warrant for failure to appear.

•10:17 a.m. Justin R. Goans, 28, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for driving while license is suspended.

•4:10 p.m. Officers responded to a runaway juvenile in the 900 block S. Washington Ave, Wellington. It was located.

•4:27 p.m. Officers investigated an animal bite in the 1100 block S. Washington Ave., Wellington.

•5:10 p.m. Accident involving vehicles driven by a juvenile male, 17, Wellington, and Sherry L. Kline, 72, Wellington. 

•5:10 p.m. Juvenile male, 17, Wellington, was issued a notice to appear for disobeyed stop sign. (Ref case 21-680)

•6:18 p.m. Officers responded to a juvenile problem in the 900 block S. Washington Ave, Wellington.

•7:07 p.m. Officers investigated a theft in the 900 block S. Washington Ave., Wellington. 

•8:45 p.m. Officers responded to a juvenile problem in the 1000 block E. 16th St., Wellington. 

•10:55 p.m. Injury accident involving a vehicle driven by juvenile male, 15, Wellington, and a fixed object.

•10:56 p.m. Juvenile, 18, Wellington, was issued a notice to appear for unauthorized operator.

•10:56 p.m. Juvenile female, 15, Wellington, was issued a notice to appear for careless driving, basic speed rule, and driving in violation of restrictions.
