•1:16 a.m. Officers responded to a criminal trespass in the 1100 block N. Blaine St, Wellington.

•10 a.m. Officers took a Miscellaneous Report in the 500 block W. Harvey Ave., Wellington.

•1:28 p.m. Officers took a Misc. Report in the 1000  block W. 8th St, Wellington.

•2:14 p.m. Officers took a criminal damage to property report in the 600 block E. Harvey Ave., Wellington. 

•3:55 p.m. Officers investigated an accident involving vehicles driven by Hollie N. White, 28, Wellington, and Laura P. Stanley, 53, Wellington.

•4:30 p.m. Hollie N. White, 28, Wellington, was issued a Notice to Appear for Inattentive Driving. 

•4:19 p.m. Cali M. Rollow, 21, Caldwell, was arrested and charged with theft.

•9:04 p.m. Nathan R. Gingerich, 19, Wellington, was issued a Notice to Appear for speeding, 51 mph in a 35 mph zone.

•11:29 p.m. Officers investigated a suspicious person in the 800 block E. Lincoln Ave, Wellington.

•12:06 a.m. Adesh N. Paudyal, 34, Colo., was issued a Notice to Appear for speeding, 52 mph in a 40 mph zone.

•12:49 a.m. Melissa L. Stewart, 52, Wellington, was arrested and charged with aggravated battery.

•11:45 a.m. Officers took an Injury Accident report in the City of Wellington.

•3:24 p.m. Officers responded to a disturbance in the 400  block E. Maple St, Wellington.
