•10:40 a.m. Officers took a theft report in the 900 block S. H St., Wellington.

•11 a.m. Officers responded to a disturbance in the 1400 block E. 16th St., Wellington.

•2:19 p.m. Officers responded to a theft in the 2000 block E. 16th St., Wellington.

•4:03 p.m. Jessica A. Saiz, 48, Wellington, was arrested and charged with domestic battery and Possession of Controlled Substances.

•8:17 p.m. Angel D. Buresh, 23, Wellington, was issued a Notice to Appear for defective headlight and defective tail light.

•8:45 p.m. Chad A. Koehler, 49, Wellington, was issued a Notice to Appear for defective tail light.

•11:50 p.m. Juvenile male, 16, Belle Plaine, was issued a Notice to Appear for Defective Tail Light.

•5:39 a.m. Lakin S. Dry, 20, Wellington, was issued a Notice to Appear for speeding, 58 mph in a 45 mph zone.
